Mike McDonough is a Partner of Sullivan & Associates, LLC. He concentrates his practice on Business Litigation and Intellectual Property litigation. Mike has vast experience trying cases in both state and federal courts as well as national arbitration proceedings.
In addition to his business litigation and IP litigation experience, Mike serves as outside general counsel for both small corporations and Fortune 500 companies.
Mike earned his undergraduate degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York in political science. While attending Le Moyne, Mike was a four-year varsity athlete on the NCAA Men’s basketball team serving as a co-captain his senior year.
Mike earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio. While in law school, Mike served as a law clerk for both the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania as well as the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Further, while in law school, Mike was on the Dayton’s National Mock Trial Team.
Mike originally hails from northern New York but having been in Chicago since law school, Mike has called Chicago home.
